Requirements for Maintenance Technician / Grounds / Residential Manager:

• Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance repair and service
• Exhibits a friendly and collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills including email and technology
• Motivated and unafraid of hard work
• Familiarity with property management software is advantageous
• Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions
• Eagerness to learn is essential!
