A Day in the Life:

The Rehab Technician is a skilled maintenance technician who specializes in rehab of units for make ready upgrades. Must possess the ability to stick to deadlines while providing quality work. Job duties include painting, drywall repair, cabinet and counter installation, baseboard and backsplash installation, and bathtub and tub surround install. General property upkeep will also be performed. Looking for a stable career and don’t mind getting your hands dirty? Then this is the career for you!

Rehab Technician Must Haves:

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills
• Renovation/construction experience 
• Effective communicator
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Driven and not shy about working hard
• Possesses reliable transportation
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
